Asset Inventory Report
The Asset Inventory report allows the end user to export the common fields of each asset across the categories of their choosing, including the condition and total replacement cost of the asset if applicable. Non-financial assets will also appear in the report.

Generate Asset Inventory Report
The Asset Inventory report resides in the Reports menu of myData.
Users then select the required asset categories and generate the report.
Once the Report has loaded the User will be prompted to save the report to open it within Microsoft Excel.
